Ceramic balls have number of perks, that makes them superior to steel. They are lighter, which helps with acceleration. They are even able to "regenerate" thanks to how the ceramic balls helps to repolish the steel races flat. Next bonus of the ceramic balls is that they wont rust, which will prolong the bearing life even longer.
