Aera K4 Precision Hanger
The Aera K4 is the ultimate truck designed for downhill skateboarding, racing, or freeriding. With the most race and slopestyle wins, the truck has become a proven performer and the truck of choice for pros all around the world.
The design behind the K4 allows it to be both extremely strong, and incredibly lightweight which means faster starts, more durability, and excellent rigidity for sliding and gripping corners. The hanger a hard wall bushing seat that is neither too deep, nor too shallow that ensures your bushings stay in place, for precision steering feel.
We are certain that the K4 will outperform any truck you’ve tried, as has been proven on the racetrack countless times. Simply, the best.
Our hangers have screw in axles meaning that you can choose the width for you. The widths offered are:
172mm
176mm
182mm
Aera 4140 axles:
The 4140 axles are the baseline for all Aera axles. They are precision machined from chromoly 4140 that is extremely hard and tough making them stronger than comparable axles on the market. They are threaded M10x1 into the hanger and 5/16” for the axle (traditional skate nuts). The 4140 are the stiffest and most rigid axles we make.
4140 Steel is their stiffest axle material, but you will need to keep it oiled to avoid corrosion or rust.
Note: Sold per Hanger! (Comes with axles installed).
