it simply means these are the version with non adjustable baseplates

Listing title says these are fixed but product options says adjustable. Which is it?

Hi, The baseplate is fixed. The hanger is ajustable by using the spacers on the axle. You can choose the width ranging from 115 to 133mm and 125 to 143mm. Thanks for reaching out!
