Suggested measurements were off, but the pads are worth my money
Followed measurement instructions "for a perfect fit". But the suggested size L for my 11 inch circumference of extended elbow, was way too big. I went to the store and changed them for a size M without a problem. And they fit me better.
Quality of the pads are good and saved my elbows a couple of times already. They don't constrict the the blood circulation in the arms like cheaper brands do. I don't really notice them on my arms,
Though the hook-and-loop (velcro) straps can stick to the nylon sleeves when storing them. They will damage the nylon if you try to get the velcro strap off of the sleeves.
Worth my money.
