Fast!
Certainly one of the fastest wheels I ever had. Compared to BigZigs or Monsterhawgs these wheels are more easy for pumping and carry more roll speed. They feel comfy on bad pavement.

Very good wheels, but pronounced rate of wear
They are very smooth for front pumping wheels, good grip and roll speed, the core is by no means too big, meaning it's a smooth ride even on bad pavement (smoother than 77a BigZigs), BUT, one 43km ride out and I can visually detect some wear under the core...
The urethane feels great, but for the long distances and endless amount of turning involved in LDP, I suspect DefCon might not be the best idea (unless you're ok with renewing the wheels in your quiver every 1-2 years...
