I see that the tax is 21%, but if we are purchasing internationally, do we still have the pay the 21% tax rate or would it be 8%(tax rate for my origin).

Hey, if you live outside the European Union you won't have to pay the 21% tax.
Just your own tax and import cost

I want to buy the new Rogue slalom 2020. Normaly the two baseplates are 50 and 20 dégrées. In your website baseplates are 43 / 30. Do you have informations about that please ? Thanks you
