Delivery is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
First check your (spam) mailbox and see if we've tried to contact you. If you do not find an email from us here, please use the track and trace code you received by email to check the status of your package on the DHL, UPS or DPD website for more information. Please contact us if the package does not seem to be moving.
In case your package was lost during shipment, please contact the delivery service. Please also contact our customer service team so that we can sort things out further for you with the delivery service.
