At this moment, we are not accepting pre-orders.

Online orders can be picked up for free in our store. During checkout, select the shipping method 'Pick up at Sickboardshop' and complete the order. Once we receive the order, we start gathering your products. Orders placed before 4:00 pm are often ready for pickup the same day. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email to collect the order from our store.

Our store is open on weekdays from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Any deviations in opening hours due to holidays will be mentioned on the website under 'Shop'.

As soon as you realize this, it is best to call our customer service using the number below so that the house number can be added before the package is shipped. If calling is not possible, please send us an email as soon as possible. Please mention your order number in your message.

There are multiple ways to change your shipping address:

1. Log in to your Sickboards account. Choose "Addresses" in the dashboard. Click "Add a new address" to add an address.

2. During the checkout process of your order, you can add a new address and/or choose a different billing/shipping address.

Even after placing your order, it is still possible to add, remove, or modify products. Due to our fast shipping, it is best to contact our customer service by phone. If calling is not possible for you, you can contact us by e-mail. Please mention your order number in your message.
