Wheels are a very important part of the skateboard, you will want wheels that are fast, not easy to flastpot and preferably light, so you can ollie high and flip easy. 

For skateparks and street get duros between 99a-102a

If you want to use your skate for cruising in the city, and don't want to be too noisy, you can choose some cruiser wheels in around 80a

Or try some wheels that are around 90a and get hybrid wheel, that will be silent enough in the streets, but hard enough in the park.
